There is an outdoor shower on the second deck that has an entrance to the ground floor 1/2 bathroom. All decking is Timber Tek. Two gas grills are adjacent to the deck. There is a two car attached garage with 3 bikes. There is a security system monitored by Scan Security will all windows & doors in house sensor alarmed with 4 keypad control units located throughout the house.
